President Ismail Omar Guelleh officially commenced with the country’s first windfarm. The Windfarm which is expected to generate 60 MW of renewable electric power is being viewed as a catalyst to spur on economic development and stability as well as job creation in a high tech sector in this Horn of Africa nation.
